Arrival & Acceptance

Once your puppy’s travel is scheduled, you will receive full shipment details, including arrival timing, so you can prepare for their welcome home. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address around the expected arrival window.

At delivery, we recommend carefully examining your puppy to confirm they are alert, comfortable, and unharmed. A valid government-issued photo ID will be required before finalizing the handover.
